It's easy! Just navigate to the home page, and click the name of the tournament you want to register for. Alternatively, you can check out the Event Calendar and browse by date.
Once you have the event page up, there should be a link at the bottom of the page that says "Register for this event". Click that and you're off and running. If the link isn't there, then it's likely because it isn't yet open for registration. Be sure you're logged in, otherwise the link won't be there, regardless of the event's status!
