When you first created your account, the email you were sent contained a password that (like it says in the email) was only good once. If you did not reset your password the first time you logged in, simply reset your password via the "Request new password" link on the user login form.
If you *did* reset your password on your first login, then something else may be going on. Occasionally, users must be banned for abuse or misconduct. This is extremely rare, and only for security reasons. TitleDISC does not believe in censorship, however we do believe in protecting our customers from those who would attempt to break in and steal their information. If an account must be suspended, reason will be given via email.
