On-line registration ends Friday, July 9th – Register Sunday morning by 8am if there are spots still available and you missed on-line registration.

Check in at Tournament Headquarters no later that 8am on Sunday July 11th. Players meeting will start at 8:30 and we will have a shotgun start at 9:00. You will have a 1 hour break for lunch after the last card is turned in. After the second round we will have a CTP, if no one hits an ace, and the awards ceremony.

REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE:
- $10 Players's Pack (Tournament Stamp Disc)
- $3 Club/Course Fee
- $2 PDGA Fee

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There will be a division cap of 25 players per division. If you sign up and are the 26th player in a division, you will be moving up.
- There must be at least 3 players entered to support a division.
- The Rivery Park Pro-Am is a sanctioned C-Tier event
- Non current PDGA members must pay a $10.00 non member fee (excluding those in Junior divisons)

You may also register in-person before 8:00 AM the day of the tournament at the Rivery Park Tournament HQ if spots are still open.

MANDATORY WAIVER:

Players submitting entries electronically through TitleDISC.com or by mail directly to 4 The Chains Disc Golf release the city of Georgetown Parks and Recreation and 4 The Chains Disc Golf and it’s members of any liabilities during play on July 11th, 2010.
